Our wheels take a 2 1/2" center cap. Here is the original equipment part number (FL3Z1130E) on eBay if you would like to check out replacement caps.
Your stock lug nuts will work with these wheels, but we do offer Ford Truck lug nuts in our accessories tab if you were seeking additional options.

You would be okay running the stock 275-45-22 tire size with the wheels, but you can go up to 285-45-22
