PAYMENT
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discovery and eCheck using PayPal. You may pay using your credit card without the need of a PayPal account.
If you don't like Paypal, we can set up an order page for you at our Kagi online secure payment pages, where we also accept all major credit cards.
Besides that you can pay with Check or Money Order (takes much longer, because checks must clear before work is started on your order).
PayPal is the best method. PayPal allows our artists to start your painting immediately.

Is it safe to order using my credit card?
Yes of course! We use PayPal and Kagi as a secure third party payment processor to process credit card orders. They use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
technology to keep your information safe.
PayPal and
Kagi
are committed to providing their members with the safest online transactions and privacy protection in the industry.

Can I place an order without using the electronic Shopping Cart?
Yes, no problem. When you have selected a painting,
e-mail us:
- The name of the artist
- The title of the painting
- The size of the painting (please specify inches or centimeters)
- Your full address (including zip/postal code and country) and telephone number
- The recipient's address (if different from yours)
- Your method of payment (check, money order, credit card etc.)
We will then send you an order confirmation e-mail which will include a link to a secure website that will handle credit card payments. If you are paying by
personal check we will send you the address to which you send the check.

SHIPPING
Do I have to pay for transport?
Yes, we charge 38 USD for shipping by TNT/UPS/Fedex or DHL. This is a fixed price, no matter how many paintings you order.
How are my paintings shipped?
All items are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We ship with a variety of carriers (TNT/UPS/Fedex etc) to provide the best service and lowest
cost for our customers.
What about customs duties?
The buyer is responsible for custom duties and tax. These vary from country to country and from State to State. We always advise to check first with your
local customs office. In most countries hand-painted oils on canvas do not attract duties.
How long does it take before I get the painting?
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment. We are usually able to ship within 15/17 days.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
During processing and shipping of your painting(s) you will receive status e-mails from us to keep you up to date on the status of your order, giving you
total piece of mind. In addition, you may also check the status of your order yourself by clicking on
Customer Log In
and logging in with your e-mail address and password. This will tell you the status of your order(s).

RETURNS
What if I don't like the painting?
Let's make this simple. If you aren't happy, we're not happy.
Our genuine commitment is to guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back - no questions asked. If you are not happy then we either replace your
painting or give you a refund. Shipping charges however will not be refunded.

PAINTINGS
Are the paintings framed?
We don't offer framing as we ship the paintings rolled inside a protective tube. Most local framers do a very good job at a fair price. Using a local framer
not only saves you money in shipping costs but also allows you to choose amongst a larger variety of frames than what any on-line store could offer.
Who paints these paintings?
The painters we work with are highly qualified and talented artists. They have perfected their expertise through years of formal study and many more years of
full-time painting.
Are all paintings handmade oil paintings?
Yes, all paintings are hand painted oil on canvas. There are never any other methods used. Each painting is hand painted using only top quality oil paints.
Excellent quality is therefore guaranteed for all of our paintings.

WEBSITE
When I click "Click to enlarge" below your images, nothing happens...
Having "popups" disabled can cause this problem. If your browser has popups disabled or you have a toolbar like Yahoo or Google that blocks popups, you will
need to enable popups. Same goes for popup blockers you have installed. Disable them temporarily, or let them allow our site only:
http://www.myreproductions.com/
Note: We actually have no popups on our site. The "Click to
enlarge" link is activated by the user. If the preview window opened on its own, then that would be a popup.
When I click "Click to enlarge" below your images, the popup window is always too small...
If your browser is Firefox or Mozilla, try the next setting: Go to the menu Tools, select Options, then select Content, make sure
Enable Javascript is on. Then click the Advanced button, and mark both Move or resize existing windows and Raise or lower windows (see image below).

If your browser is Safari (MacOSX) try the next setting:
Go to the menu Window, and select Zoom
If your browser is Camino (MacOSX) try the next setting:
Go to the menu Camino, select Preferences then select Web Features at the top, and UNMARK Prevent sites from changing status bar or
window size/position.
